Shipping is free worldwide on all orders over $75, and $15 for small orders less than $75. All orders are shipped via DHL track & trace service.
HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO DISPATCH?
As a general rule, we aim to have your order processed and out the door within three days of receiving your order.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY GEAR?
All orders are shipped from Hong Kong via DHL so will take between 2 and 5 days to reach you depending on where you are in the world. Please note, we don’t ship to PO boxes. Supplying a work or business address over a residential address is best practice if that’s where you spend the majority of your time during the day.
If you live down a donkey track in Puerto Escondido, please allow a little extra time.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once we ship your order, you will receive an email providing you with shipment details including the date of shipment and any tracking details. If you wish to enquire about whether your order has been shipped, please log into your account and go to ‘my orders’. All tracking information will be stored here.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS?
Returns are only available on sale items if they are faulty or damaged.
What about underwear?
Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless they're deemed to be faulty. This for hygienic reasons, you wouldn't want to borrow your dodgy Uncle Steve's undies, would you?
WHAT IS THE RETURNS PROCEDURE?
Not digging it on you, or after a different size? Barney Cools offers free returns for our US and AUS customers via our LA HQ and Sydney HQ. Products must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached and when it arrives, our homie Jake will sort you out with a store credit.

Store Credit codes are issued for all return requests. The value of the code will be valued at the purchase price you paid in your order for the item that you have returned – unless otherwise specified by a customer service rep.
